The history of the development of this mod started 5 years ago, as Alien City beta for Vice City, the author once wrote that it was likely an attempt to write seriously and will only release under the San Andreas.About a year after all the expected San Andreas comes new test build, includes himself, he made for Vice City + is a small new area.
